Terms of Service

l. General
◇ By placing a commission order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
◇ I reserve the right to decline commission requests that I am unable or uncomfortable to fulfill. If a paid order cannot be accepted, a refund will be issued.
◇ Please provide clear character references and as much information as possible about your request. Written descriptions are welcome for original character design commissions.
◇ Please do not request direct imitation of another artist's unique art style.
◇ Minor details that have not been specified may be interpreted according to my artistic style and judgment.
◇ You may share your commissioned artwork on social media. Credit is not required but is always appreciated!
◇ I may share completed commissions on my social media or include them in my portfolio. If you would prefer your commission to remain private, please let me know before production begins.
◇ WIP (Work in Progress) updates are available upon request. I may also contact you during production to confirm important details.
◇ Please understand that unexpected delays may occur. I will notify you if there are significant changes to the estimated delivery time.
◇ If your request is unclear or lacks sufficient references, I may ask for additional information before accepting or continuing the commission.

ll. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
◇ All prices are listed in US dollars (USD).
◇ Commission orders and payments are handled through Ko-fi: https://ko-fi.com/celery0227
◇ Full payment is required before production begins.
◇ Additional characters are generally charged at the full base price per character unless otherwise agreed upon.
◇ Additional backgrounds, animation, design variations, and other options may require extra fees. Any additional charges will be discussed before they are applied.
◇ You may cancel your commission at no charge before payment is made.
◇ If you request a cancellation after payment but before production begins, a full refund will generally be provided.
◇ If you request a cancellation after production has begun, a partial refund may be available depending on the amount of work already completed.
◇ If I am unable to complete your commission, I will provide a refund appropriate to the circumstances, including a full refund if no usable work has been delivered.
◇ Refund requests will be reviewed individually, in accordance with applicable laws and Ko-fi/payment provider policies. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

lll. Copyright & Usage Policy
◇ I retain the copyright to the artwork and animation I create, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Commissioning artwork does not transfer copyright ownership.
◇ The client retains any rights they already hold in their original character designs and other materials they provide.
◇ Personal use is permitted, including using commissioned artwork as profile pictures, wallpapers, and sharing it on personal social media accounts.
◇ Twitch alerts commissioned specifically for streaming may be used on the client's own Twitch channel or other personal streaming channels, including monetized streams.
◇ Other commercial uses, including merchandise, resale, redistribution as downloadable assets, and advertising, require prior written permission and may involve additional fees.
◇ You may not claim the commissioned artwork as your own creation, sell or redistribute the original files, or remove an existing artist signature without permission.
◇ Please contact me in advance if you require exclusive rights, copyright transfer, or a separate commercial license.

Commission Process

◇ Please place your commission order through Ko-fi. For questions or custom requests, feel free to contact me via Twitter DMs or email at [email protected].
◇ Please provide the following information when ordering:

ext-Clear Character References (if applicable)
ext-Preferred Pose, Expression, or Motion
ext-Background Preferences (if applicable)
ext-Additional Details or Requests (optional)
◇ For original character designs, written descriptions and inspiration images are welcome. For animations, please provide motion references if available.
◇ Production will begin once payment is received and the commission details are confirmed.
◇ You are welcome to request WIP (Work in Progress) updates during production. I may also send previews to confirm important details.
◇ The finished product is usually delivered within 2 weeks to 1 month, depending on the complexity of the commission.
◇ For rush orders, please contact me before ordering to discuss availability. No additional rush fees are currently charged.
◇ Reasonable revisions are welcome. Major changes after a design or sketch has been approved may require an additional fee.
◇ Please note that revisions may extend the estimated delivery time.
◇ Finished illustrations are generally delivered as PNG files. Animations are delivered in an agreed digital format. Please specify any file format or size requirements before production begins.
