Terms of Service
l. General
◇ Please respect my right to decline your order if I feel unable to fulfill it.
◇ Please provide references for the requested character or OC. Include as much information as you can.
◇ Please refrain from asking me to copy someone else's art style.
◇ Clients are free to post commissioned artwork on their social media. Credits are not necessary, but are appreciated.
◇ I reserve the right to post the commissioned piece and use it in my portfolio. Feel free to let me know if you'd prefer it to remain private!
◇ Any detail or color choice that does not significantly affect the main lore or the drawing will depend on the artist's perspective, skill, and style.
◇ Artworks are not for commercial use unless discussed beforehand.
◇ Please understand that setbacks or delays may occur.
◇ You are welcome to ask for WIPs. I will also send you WIPs when I need to confirm that the composition of the artwork is in-character and meets your standards.
◇ If you're not clear about what you want for the drawing, I may have to decline your order.
◇ Please contact me via email or Twitter DM to book.

◇ The final product will be sent after full payment has been received.
◇ Additional characters are charged at full price.
◇ Strictly no refunds.
◇ You may cancel the commission without any charges if the payment hasn’t been made yet.
lll. Copyright / Usage Policy
◇ By commissioning the artist, the client is purchasing only the artist’s labor. Copyright to the illustration itself is not transferred to the client.
◇ The artist retains all rights to the work, including but not limited to distribution, reproduction, and self-promotion.

◇ You are welcome to request WIPs at any time.
◇ The finished product is usually delivered within 2 weeks to 1 month.
◇ For rush orders, please contact me directly to discuss availability (no additional fees will be charged).
◇ Revisions can be requested, but please keep them within a reasonable amount.
◇ Please note that revisions may extend the overall delivery time, and deadlines will be adjusted accordingly.
◇ The finished product will be sent as a PNG or in any other file format requested by the client.
